Drains and sewer lines
Call 239-376-0640 · Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties
A single slow sink is annoying. When several fixtures gurgle at once, or a wet patch shows up in the yard, the problem is usually farther down the line.
Drain cleaning and repair is a core plumbing service, from a kitchen or bath line to a main sewer backup. Gulf Coast houses see grease, roots, settled pipe, and the extra load that comes with guest season. We clear what we can see a reason to clear, and we use a camera when the cause is not obvious.
Drain cleaning
- Kitchen, bath, and laundry line stoppages
- Recurring clogs that come back after a quick clear
- Hydro jetting when a cable alone will not hold
- Camera inspection so the recommendation matches the pipe
Sewer line clues
Sewer trouble is easy to ignore until it is not. Signs we look for include drains that are slow or gurgling together, odors at a drain or in the yard, an unusually green or wet strip of grass over the line, toilets that bubble when another fixture runs, and clogs that return no matter how often they are cleared. A camera inspection shows what is in the line so the repair is the one the pipe actually needs.
Where the line is damaged, options can include a spot repair or a trenchless approach such as pipe bursting when that avoids opening a floor or a finished yard. We will tell you which one fits after the camera, not before.
If sewage is backing up into the house, call 239-376-0640 and stop using water until someone can look. We will schedule the visit as soon as we can.
Questions
Do you camera the line before recommending a replacement?
Yes. A camera inspection is how we see whether you need a cleaning, a spot repair, or a larger replacement.
Is hydro jetting the same as snaking a drain?
No. A cable punches a hole through a clog. Jetting washes the line. We use the method that fits the blockage and the pipe.
