Plumbing repair

Call 239-376-0640 · Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties

When a fixture drips, a supply line weeps, or a bathroom stops behaving, you want someone who will find the cause and tell you what it will take to fix it.

Waterbird SWFL handles residential plumbing repair across Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties from our Bonita Springs shop. The work runs from a single fixture to supply lines, shutoff valves, and the everyday parts of a house that see constant use — especially homes that sit empty part of the year.

What a repair visit covers

  • Leaking faucets, toilets, and shutoff valves
  • Supply lines at sinks, toilets, laundry, and water heaters
  • Running toilets and worn fill valves or flappers
  • Outdoor hose bibs and exposed piping taking salt air
  • Fixture swaps during a remodel or a simple replacement
  • A clear explanation of what we found before any repair

Gulf Coast houses age differently

Salt air along the barrier islands and the coast speeds corrosion on exposed metal. Inland homes in places like Lehigh Acres, Golden Gate, and parts of Charlotte County often have different piping and, in some neighborhoods, private wells. We look at the house in front of us — not a script written for a different climate.

Seasonal and snowbird homes add another wrinkle. A slow leak under a sink can run for weeks while nobody is there. If you are closing a house up or opening it for the season, ask us to check the supply lines, toilets, and water heater connections while we are on site.

How we work

Technicians are licensed, insured, and background-checked. We diagnose with the right tools, show you what we found, and walk through options in plain language before work begins. If a repair is not the right move and the piping needs a closer look, we will say so.

Questions

Do you repair a single fixture, or only whole-house jobs?

Both. A dripping faucet, a running toilet, or a leaking supply line is a normal call. Larger jobs such as repiping are quoted separately after we see the piping.

Will I get a price before work starts?

Yes. We explain what we found and the options before repair work begins.

Ready for a straight answer on the water or the plumbing?
