Water treatment
Free water test
Call 239-376-0640 · Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties
If you have never thought much about the water in the house, a test is the useful place to start. We would rather show you the numbers than guess at a system.
Waterbird offers a free in-home water test. We check hardness, measure pH, and look for iron and other minerals, then sit down with the results. If the water is in good shape, that is what we will tell you. Recommendations follow the test, not a package we arrived hoping to sell.
What the visit is for
- Hardness that spots fixtures and fights soap
- Iron that stains sinks, toilets, or laundry
- Sulfur odor you want identified before anyone sells a filter
- A softener or filter you already own that does not seem to be working
- A kitchen drinking-water question, including whether Aqua Nest fits
The on-site test is a field check of the conditions we treat every week. It is not a laboratory report. If a question needs a lab, we will say that rather than invent a result.
Schedule a test by calling 239-376-0640 or using the request form. Tell us the city and whether you are on city water or a well if you know. Wells in inland Lee, eastern Collier, and parts of Charlotte County are a different starting point from a utility supply in town.
Questions
Is the water test really free?
Yes. The in-home water test is free. You are not obligated to buy equipment because you had the water tested.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. We need access to a tap and a few minutes to walk through what we found.
