Lee County
Lee County is the middle of our service area: the Bonita Springs shop, the river cities, the Cape canals, and the barrier islands that empty out for part of the year.
From the shop on Bernwood Drive we cover Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres, plus neighborhoods such as Iona, Cypress Lake, Villas, and San Carlos Park. Coastal houses and inland houses in the same county do not have the same plumbing life.
Salt air on Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach is hard on exterior fixtures and exposed piping. Fort Myers mixes older blocks with newer construction. Cape Coral spreads out along canals, with irrigation and long runs of pipe. Lehigh Acres and other inland spots are where we are more often asked about wells, iron staining, and sulfur odor. We test before we recommend treatment, and we repair the plumbing problem in front of us.
Hurricane season is part of owning a house here. If you are boarding up or leaving, we can look at supply lines, the water heater, and any treatment equipment so a small leak is not what you come home to.
