Ave Maria
Ave Maria is a newer community in eastern Collier County. Newer does not mean the water or the irrigation plumbing can be ignored.
Calls here tend to be fixture adjustments, water heaters, outdoor lines, and the first real look at water quality after a family has settled in. Builders do not all leave the same piping or the same treatment equipment, so we look at what is actually installed.
If staining, odor, or spots showed up after you moved in, book a free water test before you buy a system from a flyer. Eastern Collier wells and utility water are not interchangeable, and the equipment should not be either.
Related services: plumbing, water treatment, Aqua Nest.
